Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is successfully indicated for :

•  Oily or leathery skin texture
• Large pores and/or congested skin
• Clogged pores in acne cases

Dead skin cells can be exfoliated for smoother, healthier skin in about 30 minutes. This non-surgical procedure smoothes and softens skin. It can be used on all skin colors with positive results on the face, neck, chest, arms, elbows, and knees. There is virtually no discomfort or downtime.

A single procedure takes between 30 and 60 minutes and should be repeated at intervals of 1 to 2 weeks depending on skin type and condition. After the procedure, there is a slight blushing of the skin, which disappears within one or two hours.

Microdermabrasion is a safe, non-surgical approach to skin rejuvenation that has been performed for years in Europe and has gained popularity in the United States in the last decade. Most patients report mild or no discomfort during the procedure.

How soon will I see results?

Many patients experience softer, smoother glowing skin after the first treatment. The recommended treatment plan is between two and twelve treatments, depending on the condition and type of skin.
